LPN Needed for Home Healthcare
Will:
-Monitor patients' overall health during every visit.
-Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters.
-Set up exercise programs for patients.
-Verify patients are taking the correct dosages of medications.
-Remain on-call for patients who have healthcare emergencies.
Must:
-Follow plan of care for each patient.
-Possess attention to detail.
-Be computer knowledgeable.
-Be dependable.
-Be available for visits between the hours of 6A & 6P. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE NIGHT VISITS FOR SAFETY.
