Field Service Technician (Entry-Level) – Aristocrat Gaming

Pay Range: $17.61 – $32.71 per hour
Travel Expectations: Up to 75%
Type: Entry-level Hands-on & virtual training during first 6 months
What You’ll Do
Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines and respond promptly to customer calls, including emergencies.
Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow schedules, and document service work accurately.
Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts processes; review pre-install docs for needed parts.
Support customers with technical inquiries; report trends, needs, and service challenges.
Accurately capture service activities using field service management tools.
Work safely, professionally, and with minimal supervision.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
21+ with a clean, valid driver’s license and insurable record.
Able to obtain gaming licenses as required (Aristocrat assists with application, payment, and renewal).
Willing to travel daily within territory; regional/national travel as needed.
Self-starter, flexible, organized, and proactive; strong communicator with a passion for tech & problem solving.
Calm in fast-paced environments; able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a slot technician or in field service/diagnostics.
Comfort with on-call work and travel.
Background in electronics, mechanics, and troubleshooting.
Physical Requirements
Lift/move at least 50 lbs; push up to 250 lbs with equipment.
Climb and balance on ladders; good manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and vision.
Drive/operate a vehicle for extended periods.
Work Conditions
Operate designated service vehicles (GPS and camera monitored); safely operate a box truck.
Work in crowded, noisy, and smoky casino environments.
Occasional short-notice and extended travel.
