Looking for one immediate well rounded handyman with hands on experience for residential properties. Provide maintenance and small repairs for residential properties and single family homes, Handling daily, weekly Tenant work orders. With knowledge and experience in plumbing, example fixing leaks or fix leaking dishwasher, change out sinks, properly install water heater/relight pilot lights. Some electrical like install ceiling fan, or vanity lighting or put socket plug or GFCI. And be able to trouble shoot, garage doors or sensors
Be able to handle prepare Make ready for move-in's,, Jack of All Trades
HOURS 3 days a week Or more as needed
Start is 20 to 25.00 per hour
Must have a current/valid driver's license and reliable transportation and provide your own tools
