Property Management Company needs to hire full time people for mowing.
Bonus if you have your own equipment and trailer, but you will need a truck!
At any given time, we have close to 35-45 properties that need mowing, weed eating, and light tree trimming if necessary, etc.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE WORK LOAD! THIS IS NOT A ONE PERSON JOB!
This is a 40 hour work week, 8am-430pm position.
We pay every Friday
This is a 1099 Position
