Position Details
1. Landscaper / Groundskeeper (with Snow Removal)
Responsibilities:
Maintain outdoor areas: mowing, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and weeding.
Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers).
Conduct irrigation system checks, minor repairs, and seasonal cleanups.
Perform snow removal, including shoveling, plowing, salting, and de-icing.
Ensure properties are safe, well-kept, and free of hazards in all seasons.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior landscaping or snow removal experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of plant care, fertilizers, soil types, and pest control methods.
Ability to maintain and operate power equipment safely.
Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including snow and ice.
2. Janitor / Cleaner
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, cleaning windows, etc.).
Handle deep cleaning and floor care (stripping, waxing, carpet extraction, buffing).
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a hygienic, spotless environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
3. Handyman / Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.).
Conduct routine building maintenance and troubleshooting.
Assist with light construction, furniture assembly, and equipment upkeep.
