Stanley's Home Improvement and Repairs are looking for several new contractors to hire for painting and other general repairs. We are very active in the Oklahoma City and Edmond market. On any given day you could be painting, doing drywall repairs, assembling furniture, help someone move, junk removal, install a light fixture or ceiling fan, power washing, appliance removal/installation, basic plumbing repairs, etc.
We pay weekly on Fridays based on hours worked. We're a fast growing company looking for those wanting to work and grow with the company. After 60 days of working with us we'll review your work and talk about an increase in pay. The goal is to help you to grow, and get to a point where you are able to take on jobs alone, and possibly leading a team.
Starting pay is based upon past experience.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted
Pass a background check
Reliable Transportation
Ability to complete projects on time and on budget
Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers
Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety
Knowledge of general home repairs and painting techniques is preferred but not necessarily required.
