Welcome to Primidian Management! We are hiring now for immediate start at our 150 unit apartment building on SW 59th St!
Full time position with option to live onsite with discounted rent.
You will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 maintenance crew members focused on work orders and getting vacant units ready to rent.
Must be skilled in all aspects of maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance troubleshooting, drywall repairs, painting, etc.
Total pay package will depend on your experience, but will be approximately $30/hour and 40 hours/week.
Benefits including healthcare, paid vacation time, and discounted rent are an option as well.
