HVAC trouble shooting, plumbing, and general handyman
Qualifications / Needed Skills:
- HVAC certified a plus but not necessary if you have HVAC experience.
- Plumbing - basic understanding of plumbing systems including rebuilding faucet valves and changing angle stops.
- Electrical – basic understand of electrical systems including changing out light switches, receptacles, and fixtures.
- Experience in operating a K-60.
- Experience in operating drain jetting systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools for various tasks such as small drywall patches and carpentry.
- Experience with operating cell phone Apps and taking photos to handle work orders.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and provide updates on job progress.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Pay with HVAC certification: $23.00 – 28.00 per hour
Bonus opportunities related to utility savings and work order performance.
Must live within 25 miles of location
