Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper/ Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of a prestigious Edmond community. This role requires a hands-on approach to light maintenance and landscaping, utilizing various power and hand tools.
Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance on common area grounds.
Utilize power tools and hand tools for tasks such as fence, building and grounds repairs and upkeep.
Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing repair or enhancement.
Maintain equipment used to ensure proper functionality.
Assist in the planning and implementation of new projects as needed.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure overall property upkeep.
Qualifications
Proven experience in groundskeeping or maintenance is preferred.
Must have reliable transportation, truck preferred.
Must own and be proficient in using various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
A valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.
