I’m needing a help who will listen, follow instructions, learn several different aspects of construction. You need to be able to read a tape measure, use rational thinking, and see the big picture. You must have reliable transportation and be very time conscious. You will be doing a diverse set of tasks ranging from repairing things, replacing things, updating things, etc.
