Jan’s Jewelry Supplies is an OKC owned and operated business specializing in costume jewelry supplies through online sales at JansJewels.com. We have been in operation for 28 years. We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Order Processor/Order Expediter/Data Entry Specialist.
Responsibilities Include:
Order Processing
Order Expediting/Shipping
Consolidating Inventory
Some Data Entry (light computer work)
Required Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail oriented
Firm grasp of basic math skills
Able to manage several tasks or projects
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PayPal)
Customer service skills, positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Database Management
Proficient in different software systems
Knowledge of scales, calipers, various weight and length measurements
Retail experience
Experience with filing systems
Basic working knowledge of jewelry making or crafting
Candidates must:
-Have reliable transportation
-Be fluent in written and spoken English
-Be able to stand for long periods of time
