We are an established Construction Company that is constantly growing, and we are looking for a reliable vendors to do the following:
Looking for cleaners for vacant properties. These will be full cleans for move-in’s. Must be able to clean all ceiling fans, light fixtures, mini blinds appliances, cabinets inside and out bathrooms, tubs sinks, faucets, sweep, and mop floors, wipe down walls, etc
We pay $.18 a square foot on full cleans.
We pay twice a month 1-5th and 15th -20th this is a 1099 contractors position
Must be able to follow direction read and understand work orders be able to make complete notes on your work orders and be able to upload before and after photos of each job.
We work for management, companies and realtors need Investors.
must have reliable transportation.
must have a reliable, working cell phone with Internet.
Our office is in Moore Oklahoma right off of the highway. We take care of Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.
We use an app called Jobber that we assign the work orders to for you to do we do require you to upload before and after photos of properties.
