The Sparkly Spot is hiring! Located in NW Norman.
Looking for someone to work Tues-Sat. At least 1 year professional grooming experience required. Scissor skills a must. Drama-free, quiet shop and hoping to keep it that way.
What we have:
- 6-7 dogs a day average
- $65 small breed haircuts ($55 FFF), $130 doodle haircuts ($90 FFF)
- W2 employee with 50% commission
- Tips paid daily in cash (average $60/day) - still reported to IRS by our accountant, tho
- Continuing Education paid for
- 50% of our clientele are on 2-, 4-, and 6- week schedules, so they (mostly) know what to do and are in great shape.
- We have a receptionist that answers phones and checks out customers. You will have to do some intake.
- Shop pays for blade and shear sharpening and blade drives!
- We use IGroom shampoos. If you have a favorite shampoo/product, we’ll furnish it.
- Everyone has a hydraulic table. We just got a hydraulic tub! And a dehumidifier.
- We share a parking lot with a Starbucks and have Louie’s, Mazzio’s, and sushi within walking distance.
