I am in need of 2 or 3 employees who are skilled in various areas of remodel, from painting, drywall, tile, flooring, siding windows, carpentry etc. I need people who are skilled in multiple areas, please do not text me and say you are a painter or you do drywall or just a tile setter. I am looking for those who have general knowledge in multiple aspects of remodel. I do not have time to train, business is good and I need help, please do not send me a resume or pictures of your work, I have had to many people send me bogus resumes and pictures of other peoples work, I have been in this business for a very long time and I can tell about a persons skills very quickly. I am not looking for sub-contractors, I do not give my work away. You need transportation , we work all over the metro and it is your responsibility to get to the jobsite and back home not mind. No drugs before or during working hours no exception I don't care if you have a medical Marijuana card if I suspect you are on anything you will be asked to leave and not welcome back Cell phones, smoking, music etc. I do not pay you to do any of those, smoking during breaks only and not on customers property regardless. Now having said all of that, I am easy to get along with as long as work is getting done, this is a business and if I am not making money then I cant stay in business.
