Looking for someone with basic knowledge and remodeling not needing someone to rebuild a house just doing things such as terms and small renovations, minor electrical, minor, plumbing, paint, texture, sheet rock hanging lights, installing appliances, etc., etc.
I’m looking for someone that has knowledge in doing these things not just one particular thing. This is something that you need to have your own tools for to do the job as well as experience.
Sometimes this requires manual labor as well. This is a 1099 position and is paid weekly on Fridays and by the hour I do not sub out any jobs
