Looking for someone to do some repairs, odd jobs and preventative maintenance for rental homes. Hours per week will vary based on the needs of the houses but will likely not be more than 20 - 40 hours per month.
Scope of work includes:
- Create schedule to do quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance on houses. This would include simple things like caulking, filter changes, cleaning dryer vents, weed pulling, laying mulch and looking for damages or maintenance needs.
- Investigate repair calls and come up with the repair plan.
- Perform repairs as skill level allows and coordinate other repairs with 3rd party
- Coordinate visits and repairs with tenants
- Work on other projects as needed/available
Do not necessarily need handyman experience but experience will be beneficial. Need to be able to carry heavier bags and move items. Truck is also beneficial. Work will be very flexible around current schedule.
