We're looking to hire a few more Roof Repair Techs for our OKC, Norman & Moore area. We specialize in roof leak repairs, window leak repairs, gutter repairs, gutter clean-outs, roof replacements, etc. We do not do residential, only commercial and the apartment industry. We have corporate accounts with over 2,000 apartment communities throughout Oklahoma & Texas. Travel is NOT required! Right now, we're hiring for our OKC market. We've been in business since May 2000 and just celebrated 25 years in business! The following requirements must be met in order to apply for this position:
A minimum of 5 years experience in repairing ALL TYPES of roofs.
MUST own your own 40' ladder and be able to work on 3+ story buildings. If you do not have access to a 40' ladder or are not comfortable with working on 3+ story buildings, please do not apply. A lot of our customers are 3+ stories.
MUST own a dependable truck and all tools required for repairing leaks.
MUST be able to provide at least 3 references for work you've done in this industry.
MUST be able to pass a background check. No felonies.
MUST be motivated and able to stay on schedule. We DO NOT tolerate "NO SHOWS" or constant rescheduling.
MUST be able to SPEAK, READ & WRITE ENGLISH. All our techs have to communicate, daily, with property managers and most do not speak any other language besides English.
We are NOT currently hiring full replacement crews, so please do not email asking for full replacement jobs.
Worker's Comp insurance is not required, but is a huge plus!
>>>We pay every FRIDAY for all repairs made from the previous Friday to that Thursday. We pay via Zelle, so you receive payment immediately. We pay all subs $90 per "standard repairs" which means simple sealing of plumbing pipe boots, sealing attic vents, sealing windows, etc. This adds up very quickly as we may have up to 20 leaks per day for you to do. When there are larger repairs needed, you would text us a detailed job scope and what you'd need for labor and material and then we submit estimates to our customers and once those bids are approved, you'd get the job since you bid it. As an example, in 2024, our techs made anywhere from $189,429.00 (our highest paid) - $101,110.00 (our lowest paid) and these were for just repairs and did not include the roof replacements we did. We can discuss this, in detail, during your phone interview once we receive your subcontractor application.
