You’ll handle leasing, collections, resident relations, and be the eyes & ears of the owner. Property is 90% occupied with plans to make this a nationally showcased property.
In addition to operating rental real estate nationwide, we teach real estate investing. If you were ever interested in learning real estate, this is for you.
Rather than being an “apartment” expert, we seek a growth-oriented individual who is flexible and willing to learn and advance. You should have strong “people skills” and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
If you require lots of supervision, this role is not for you.
Compensation: $40-$50K full-time; $20-$25/hr part-time, dependent on background.
