Flooring /Tile/LVP
Carpentry
Light electrical
Light Plumbing
Make readies such as :
Installing light fixtures, bulbs, blinds, smoke alarms, door stops, door hardware, etc.
Fencing
Must have your own transportation.
Must have a good working cell phone with internet.
Must be professional
Need to be able to read an follow work orders.
Must be able to meet our timelines
Paid weekly
Contract labor , 1099 at the end of the year.
We pay by the job an paid every Friday for completed approved work orders from the week before.
