Job Description
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Requirements:
) Must be at least 18 years of age.
) Must possess valid drivers license, preferably CDL.
) Must be able to satisfactorily complete a criminal background check.
) Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written.
) Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time and must be able to push/pull, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and crawl frequently.
) Occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles and/or caustic chemicals - may require use of a respirator.
) Moderate noise levels in this working environment.
) Occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions.
) Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
) Occasional odd hours, nights and weekends.
Work includes collecting trash, mowing, weed eating, painting, general maintenance, using heavy equipment and some dirt work. Must have experience in handling the equipment required to perform the task which include, but not limited to: lawn mowers, weed eaters, chainsaw, small tractors, forklifts.
