Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, vibrant, charming and energetic Sales Representative who is dynamic and eager to learn about our business. Must be people friendly. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with key referral sources such as property managers, insurance agents, plumbers, and contractors. Your understanding of water and property mitigation is welcomed but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit job sites, insurance agencies, businesses to create brand awareness.
Develop and maintain a network of referral sources (insurance agents, property managers, etc.).
Create and maintain good relationship with potential customers.
Represent our company at local industry events, trade shows, and community functions.
Respond to potential customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to service.
Plans, coordinates, and hosts launch and learn sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license.
Bilingual: Must be proficient in English but we prefer someone who is also fluent in Spanish.
Proficiency with basic computer software (MS Office).
