Shifts:
Monday-Thursday 4 pm-2:30 am
Friday- Sunday 6 am-6 pm.
Pay is based on experience. $17 up to $28
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and make necessary repairs
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with PRESS BRAKE, LASER, OR BANDSAW, Forklift experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
