Full time position
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Duties:
Understand all functions of QC Inspection and Testing department
· Review customer requirements and make sure they are met
· Ensures that countermeasures meet customer requirements and the Quality Standard
· Works with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
· Sets standards for quality
· Ensures the production processes meet international and national standards
· Audits production processes and written work instructions to identify areas of improvement
· Sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures
· Makes suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
· Uses relevant quality tools to ensure supervisors and other staff understand how to improve the business
