Must have experience with Quickbooks or preferably Peachtree/Sage accounting program
Must have experience in the homebuilding/construction industry or something similar. Needs to know stages of construction.
Must like working in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment
Must be anal and proud of it
Must have integrity and a strong work ethic
