Job Responsibilities
Taking calls to assist customers with general service questions.
Back-up Dispatching
Scheduling appointments
Making outbound calls and text to current customers for maintenance appointments
Refresh technician packets daily to make sure they have everything needed for upcoming jobs
Maintain customer files to ensure up to date information
Ensure customer needs are met
Prioritize pending tasks in a logical manner
Paying attention to the technicians schedule and communicating with dispatch on job scheduling
Requirements
Positive Attitude
Passing Drug Screening and Background check
Communication skills, strong work ethic and able to take direction
Basic computer , email and internet proficiency
Experience with Service Titan software is a plus but not required
