The primary functions of this position are to support the overall management of all rental properties to qualified prospects, handle daily work orders, general clerical duties, inspections, handling receivables, answering phones checking and responding emails, filing, leasing
General abilities needed:
1. Interact professionally and courteously with tenants, visitors, coworkers, vendors and subcontractors
Minimum Qualifications:
1 Three (3) years administrative assistant experience in property management field a MUST
2. General computer knowledge in EXCEL, Microsoft, WORD
Position is Full-Time (40 hours a week Monday-Friday)
