Job responsibilities include:
- Lease vacant commercial space
-Development and implementation of strategies to promote low vacancy.
-A professional, polite and helpful approach in all dealings with clients (Owners/Tenants).
-Application processing.
-Perform or supervise periodic visual property inspections.
-Participate in or facilitate staff meeting.
-Maintain a clean and safe workspace, abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
-Additional requirements for this position include:
-Valid Driver's License and cell phone.
-Excellent communication skills.
