TexZus Capital Ventures, Inc is a professional real estate investing firm that works in the Oklahoma City area and is looking for a few motivated people to take pictures of ugly houses in multiple zip codes.
The task is simple, you only need a car and a smartphone with a good camera.
We will tell you where to look and what to look for. All you have to do is take the pictures and send an email with the address and photo.
You can work your own hours, but we are looking for applicants that have some initiative and can send large amounts of leads. You will need to get started quickly and we expect you to produce a significant amount of leads.
We pay via paypal next day after the leads are delivered. We require a picture of the property and full property address.
