The Leidos Civil NISC III program has an opening for a Systems Analyst Planner to support the Federal Aviation Administration in Oklahoma City, OK. The position will be responsible for:

Providing a comprehensive review and analysis definition of all aspects of system integration and/or facility transitions.

Performing evaluation of alternatives and an assessment of risks and costs.

Providing planning services for a wide range of NAS implementation programs and projects. The planning expertise required will affect the design, construction, safety, installation, implementation, management, and efficiency of the National Airspace System. Typical plans include equipment layout plans, transition plans, strategic plans, master plans, interface plans, management plans, financial plans, program plans and project plans.

Providing expertise in conducting research, evaluations, and studies required to develop both short-term and long-term plans, including the required recommendations, goals, and objectives necessary for program and project accomplishment. Plans, designs, conceptualize, and develop both general and specific program and project strategies. Applies a wide range of methods to gather, analyze, and evaluate information on program and project issues and the impact of technological, procedural, financial, and managerial considerations. Provides planning, scheduling, networking and coordination assistance among regional and headquarters organizations involved in NAS implementation and integration efforts. Provides substantial coordination and interface with other offices and with members of the planner's team.

The position requires a Bachelors and 4 or more years of relevant experience.
