Have you ever worked in a business development center (BDC) and wanted the opportunity to sell the car? Or maybe you have never sold cars at all but are comfortable communicating with people and meeting needs. I-35 Credit Auto has an immediate opening in our sales department. We are in our 19th year of business at the same location serving a statewide clientele. This business has changed through the years. People use to hop in the car and go shopping for a vehicle. Now, more and more in our business, it all starts with a Google search looking for a dealer that will accept their credit or income challenges. This is usually followed by a text message or a phone call asking about our in-house financing program and low down payments. We are looking for an organized individual to work multiple leads daily and meet customer needs. We have opportunities coming from several sources daily in this fast paced environment. We enjoy the best hours in the automotive industry, operating from 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday. No experience is necessary as we will train the right person in our system. Compensation for this position will include an hourly wage and a commission.
Job duties include:
Answering incoming calls from potential customers
Responding to incoming text messages and emails from potential customers
Process finance applications for approval
Show and demonstrate vehicles that meet customer's criteria
Present financing terms for customer approval
Market inventory online and at location
