Purpose Of This Position:
At Perfect My Home (PMH), we’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The right candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying clients. They should promptly respond to and cultivate new inquiries via all methods of communication aiming to connect clients with the right products and services. The role involves making a majority of outbound calls to qualified leads and building rapport with customers to achieve at least a 30% close rate, while targeting an 85% contact rate on all inquiries. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask across multiple screens and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to the following:
Lead Generation: Responsible for identifying and sourcing potential leads through research, networking and referrals.
Managing and Growing Accounts: nurturing relationships while providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and promptness of incoming inquiries via all methods of communication resources.
Client Qualification: Screen and qualify leads to determine their suitability for the organization’s products and services.
Building Relationships: Establish and maintain rapport with customers to understand their needs and foster long term relationships.
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales associates to connect with clients with the right solutions and resources during the showroom visits.
Continuous Learning: Engaging in ongoing training and development to stay current and enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Achieving Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, focusing on entering leads from across multiple CRM’s (Hubspot, Monday.com & BuilderTrend) to include all relevant prospected data.
Accountability: Reporting to work on a regular and timely basis and participating in staff meetings.
Tracking and Reporting: Providing feedback and ideas through customer trends and needs.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, along with one to two years of professional experience in Inside Sales. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage and grow accounts while successfully closing sales deals. Strong customer service skills are essential, along with effective communication abilities to engage with customers. Proven lead generation skills, with a track record of transforming new business opportunities into sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for building rapport with clients. The candidate should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively to meet sales goals.

In the performance of their respective tasks and duties, all Inside Sales Representatives are expected to meet the following requirements:
Work independently performing quality work within deadlines while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members, service providers, end-users, and clients.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications abilities with attention to detail.
Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with team members, management, clients, and the general public.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication (including telephone and technology) skills.
Effective communication, presentation and interviewing skills are required.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral,mathematical or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to multi-task and identify potential conflicts or needs and provide timely resolutions.
Must be detail oriented, respect deadlines and provide timely feedback or responses.
Maintain strict confidentiality as directed, be honest, trustworthy, dependable, demonstrate good work ethic and flexibility.
Special requirements:
Valid Oklahoma Class “D” Operator’s License preferred (or reliable transportation to get to and from other locations due to business needs).
Safety:
The employee shall be knowledgeable about and follow PMH’s safety policies and procedures. Employees should immediately report (i.e., during current shift) any accidents, unusual occurrences, or any other safety-related issues to the immediate supervisor.
Work Environment:
The employee is expected to maintain regular attendance at work and is consistently on time. Normal office hours are 9:00am– 6:00pm Tuesday through Saturday, unless other arrangements have been approved by leadership. This includes any approved flexibility of other work hours arranged due to outreach events being facilitated.

Benefits and Compensation:
PMH offers a benefits package to include Health Insurance and Paid Time Off. The position will be considered a non-exempt position and the pay will be based on the employee’s qualifications and experience. The minimum starting wage range is $19.23 an hour in a non-exempt status. This position is also eligible for commission pay.
