I am looking for an Insurance Producer. Someone who is outgoing, friendly, enjoys meeting & talking to new people, someone who is a self-starter, & wants to help others. You will be someone who works to exceed sales goals, and who has the self-discipline & motivation to work without constant supervision. For this person, your income is only capped by your ambition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, & market appropriate products & services
- Establish customer relationships & follow up with customers as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, & friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, & billing clarification

Requirements:
- Sales experience (inside or outside sales rep, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills- written, verbal, & listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to customers
- P&C, L/H licenses
if not licensed, must be able to, and willing, to get licensed within 45 days of being hired
