We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves traveling within an assigned territory to meet customers, present products or services, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned territory
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Conduct in-person sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, marketing)
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings as needed
