We’re seeking a friendly, reliable person to make cold calls to landowners and discuss their interest in selling their property.
YOU WILL NOT BE SELLING ANYTHING OR MAKING OFFERS, JUST GAUGING THEIR INTEREST.
This is a part-time, flexible role perfect for retirees or anyone seeking a few hours of work per week.
Job Details:
Pay: $15/hour + bonuses based on acres acquired
Hours: 5-15 hours/week, flexible schedule (no set days)
Location: Work from home (U.S.-based only)
Responsibilities: Call landowners, build rapport, and gauge interest in selling land; log call details in a simple CRM
Requirements: Clear Verbal Communication, strong communication skills, comfort with cold calling, reliable internet/phone
Preferred: Retirees or older individuals with customer service or sales experience. Many of the people we want to speak with are older individuals and many enjoy chatting with someone for a little bit.
