Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives.
Drive sales growth by setting and achieving team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market reach.
Lead from the front by generating and closing sales alongside the team.
Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.
Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing feedback and accountability.
Assist with customer interactions, negotiations, and escalated concerns.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales management, team leadership, or a related role.
Background in roofing, construction, home improvement, or direct sales is a plus.
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED required; college education is a plus.
Reliable transportation is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to motivate, train, and manage a sales team.
Experience in door-to-door sales, appointment setting, or retail sales is a plus.
Comfortable working in a commission-driven, fast-paced environment.
Must pass a background check.
Compensation & Additional Information:
Commission-based pay + team performance bonuses.
1099 Independent Contractor Position.
Sales territories will be based on recent storm damage locations, with most canvassing within 90 minutes of the OKC metro.
