We are looking for a skilled and reliable diesel truck and equipment mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate has five years or more of experience Class 8, heavy equipment, and diesel-powered machinery.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, drivetrains, and electrical systems.
Perform maintenance on heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, excavators, motor graders, etc.).
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and perform component rebuilds.
Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
Keep accurate service records and ensure equipment uptime.
Requirements:
Experience as a diesel mechanic (trucks and/or heavy equipment).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Own basic tools.
CDL is a plus but not required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Must be available to work some weekends
Must be available to travel and stay overnight
