Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Synthetic Turf Installer to join our dynamic team. As a Synthetic Turf Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of synthetic turf surfaces for residential, commercial, and recreational applications. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing turf solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and prepare installation sites according to project specifications.
- Perform site grading and soil preparation.
- Install synthetic turf materials, ensuring proper alignment, seam joining, and secure fastening.
- Cut and fit turf around obstacles and ensure a clean, professional finish.
- Apply infill materials and ensure even distribution.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair of installed synthetic turf.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in turf installation.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in synthetic turf installation or related field.
- Strong understanding of turf installation techniques and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in landscaping or construction.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and drainage solutions.
- Certification in synthetic turf installation.
