We are seeking an experienced concrete foreman to lead and manage concrete construction projects in relation to electrical substations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction and the ability to oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring quality, safety, and a timely completion.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and supervise concrete construction projects for substations
-Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members
-Ensure compliance with project specs, safety regulations, and quality standards
-Schedule and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines
-Provide leadership and guidance to construction team
-Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications:
-2 years min. experience as a foreman
-Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques
-Great leadership and communication skills
-Ability to read and interpret prints and drawings
-Knowledge of safety regulation and best practices in construction
-Experience working on substations is preferred
