We are looking for someone with a lot of construction experience and somewhat of a Jack of all Trades. We need someone who can do these things WELL, we are looking for quality work.
Required –
Minor Electrical
Replacing receptacles, switches, fixtures
Minor Plumbing
Replacing faucets, P-Traps / drains, toilets
Walls / Wall Coverings
Drywall repairs, drywall installation, tape & bed, various texture applications and texture matching
Minor Carpentry
Trim installation with good joints
Preferred – Not Required
Framing knowledge
ability to properly frame a wall or install a header
Tile
Ability to set tile in basic or more complicated patterns
Pay based on experience $20 + per hour, Gas for your truck included
