No supervisory role, work at your own pace. Have experience and able to trouble shot on timely fashion. Able to response emergencies 24/7 on site. Full time or part time as you wish. Must be an expert all repair works as listed:
ELECTRICAL- able to replace low voltage switch, conduit, sockets, outlets, safety switch, smoke detectors, Breaker, mini split ac connections. License is preferable not require.
PLUMBING - able to replace copper pipes, fittings, faucet, shutoff valves, repair
DRYWALL - Repair Dry wall holes, sand and paint
ROOF- Repair minor roof leak and replace. Able to climb ladder regularty
HVAC- able to repair pipes, change filters, trouble shot issue.
