I have a small project. Below is a brief overview of the project.
21’ x 8’4” of block wall that I want ½” sheetrock glued to.
12’6” wall built, studs on 2’ center, ceiling height is 8’ 4”, ½” sheetrock hung on both sides.
36” x 80” pre-hung interior door hung and trimmed
I will purchase all materials and have them on site. Job is in Midtown and entrance/exit into the project area is right off the street, meaning you can park your vehicle step onto the sidewalk and your in the building and area the work is to be done.
This is a fairly straight forward project that can be completed in less than 1-1/2 days.
