Trailer Service Technician Requirements:
Must have previous Aluminum and Steel welding experience on Semi Trucks

Responsibilities:
Thermo King or Carrier reefer repair experience is a plus, but must have Trailer Repair experience to be considered
Able to perform PMs, BIT, and DOT Inspections
Lighting and Electrical System: Diagnose Isolate and repair lighting systems such as shorts and open circuits
Must be able to perform Air Brake Inspections and Repairs: Air Brake Overhauls, measure Brake lining thickness, Drums, and S Cams, adjust brakes, replace S Cams and bushings, slack adjusters, and replace relay values, air tanks. Brake Mechanics Certificate a plus
Rail Gate Experience: make adjustments to the liftgate platform and its controls.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, replace rail cables and/or cylinders, and replace motors, pumps, and relays.
Must be able to weld and replace suspension, components, and landing legs.
Experience in Collision Repair, Dry and Refrigerated Van, Structure, Roll & Swing Doors, Interiors, Exteriors, Ceilings, and Roof repairs and previous tanker technician is a plus.
Performs other functions or duties as directed by management in line with the objectives of the dealership.

Aluminum Welder/Assembler Job Description
We have an immediate opening for an Aluminum Welder/Assembler. You must be able to set up welding machines and equipment (both MIG and TIG); read and interpret blueprints to understand the product's specifications; weld, cut, grind, and finish the product; and inspect your work for accuracy and quality. An Assembler is a professional who puts together cattle trailers and livestock trailers. Our perfect candidate has at least 1 year of welding experience and can work independently. All candidates must be able to pass a hands-on weld test and background check.
Aluminum assemblers use fabricating techniques to construct and assemble products made from aluminum and other metals. Fabrication techniques my include drilling, cutting, lifting and installing hucks and rivets.
Aluminum Welder must:
set up welding equipment and tools.
Review blueprints for specifications
Weld, cut and grind aluminum of different widths.
Finish and inspect products for quality.
Fabricator must be able to read a tape measure, have knowledge of radial arm saws, CNC Shears, and CNC press brakes.)
