Position Overview
Our company is seeking a dependable Box Truck Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, safety-minded, and have strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a company-owned non-CDL box truck to deliver goods to customers.
Load, secure, transport, and unload products in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Verify and review delivery paperwork for accuracy before and after each delivery.
Follow all DOT regulations, company safety standards, and traffic laws.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.
Provide excellent customer service and represent our company in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Must be at least 35 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license (Non-CDL). Must have a REAL ID driver’s license.
Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred but not required.
Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and capable of moving a loaded pallet, and handle physical aspects of deliveries.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Schedule & Compensation
All routes are home daily.
Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (earlier times are route dependent if required).
Pay: [Min. 160/ day to 300/ day route based].
