Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Towing Company Day Dispatcher. The dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the flow of towing operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Receive and prioritize incoming calls for towing services
Dispatch tow trucks to designated locations
Communicate with drivers to ensure timely response to service requests
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
Collaborate with team members to optimize operational processes
Monitor and track the status of ongoing towing jobs
Handle emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dispatching, telemarketing, customer service or a similar role
Knowledge of customer service
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with dispatching software/systems is a plus
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Clear understanding of traffic regulations and safety protocols
Being able to red and understand and read maps
