Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, ensuring clear communication between customers and our service technicians, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our service center.Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Provide detailed information on service options and associated costs. Schedule appointments and prioritize service requests. Liaison between customers & service technicians to ensure timely & efficient repairs Maintain strong product knowledge to educate customers on recommended services. Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
