Eskimo Joe's and Mexico Joe's are now looking for awesome Line Cooks and Dishwashers to join their teams across Stillwater, OK. By applying for this position, your application will automatically be sent to the hiring team at all locations!
A line cook is responsible for estimating and preparing food, measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes, and cooking and preparing food for customers. You are tasked with ensuring every meal that leaves our kitchen is delicious and contributes to a delightful dining experience for all guests.
As a restaurant dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of dishware, workstations, and restrooms so that you and your team can provide a delightful dining experience to each and every guest.
In both of these positions, your responsibilities may also include upholding the appearance standard of the restaurant by taking out the trash and maintaining the grounds, and other cleaning/utility tasks. Additionally, you will be in charge of keeping all supplies readily available for the team's success.
You will be required to work dishwasher shifts as a line cook.
Job Requirements:
Must wear a hat and company t-shirt
Must wear socks and restaurant slip resistant shoes
Punctual and reliable
Flexible availability
Must be at least 16 years old
Listening and multi-tasking
Teamwork mentality
Excellent communication skills
Works well in fast-paced environment
Standing and walking for 8+ Hours
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
All new team members are required to utilize direct deposit to receive their paycheck.
