Student Housing Maintenance Technician
This position will directly report to the portfolio’s General Manager and Facilities Manager.
Pay is competitive and DOE, and with the opportunity for a performance-based bonus. Minimum 1 year of experience required in the Residential or student Housing industry. Overall duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting in the development and management of the maintenance budget
Maintaining the preventative maintenance program
Handling purchase orders for all maintenance inventory
Ensuring that grounds are picked up daily and are in pristine condition
Conducting all quarterly inspections and addressing any outstanding maintenance issues immediately
Assisting in vendor selection and unit maintenance during turn
Assisting in the oversight/supervision of third-party contractors working on-site
Customer service
Job Type: Full-time Salary: DOE Experience
- Experience as a plumber, electrician, a builder or a general handyman
- Knowledge of Entrata is a plus
Required Education:
- High School or equivalent
