Account Rep/Scheduler OR Quality Rep/Reviewer Needed
Account Rep/Scheduler: Scheduling customer service audits. This is work-from-home on a contract basis, with flexible hours (rough estimate 10-30 per week). Must be well organized and great at multitasking, quick to pick up new tasks, great under pressure, and committed to getting the work done on time despite obstacles. Computer and Internet access at home is required. This is contract work, not a full-time position, and check amounts fluctuate depending on the accounts available each month.
Quality Rep: Proofreading customer service audits. This is work-from-home on a contract basis, with flexible hours. Must have an excellent ability to proofread and edit content, with strong attention to detail. Strong writing and grammatical skills are essential. We need a fast learner with a “can do” attitude. Computer and Internet access at home is required. This is contract work, not a full-time position, and check amounts fluctuate depending on the accounts available each month.
