Sometimes you might be working with A/P, A/R, payroll, or operations while other times you will be assisting with Human Resources duties such as scheduling interviews, working with new hires to complete onboarding paperwork, and more!What You'll Do

Accurately complete data entry projects

Compile and track accounting information and documents

Prepare financial documents for processing which may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing card transactions, and/or time entry

Record and properly classify financial transactions in accounting system

Communicate and confirm information with the appropriate business leaders

Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems

Run reports as required

Provide backup to the receptionist/dispatcher

Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

1+ year of general accounting and administration experience; construction accounting experience a plus

Tech savvy skills to quickly learn new computer applications and software

Solid Microsoft Office skills are required; SAP and/or SuccessFactors is a plus
