By ensuring effective communication in a 24/7 work environment, development of people, planning and execution of work plans, and utilization of available resources, the leader directly supports the Bama system as it serves its internal and external customers in a cost-effective and timely manner. Keys to success will be the individual's knowledge of manufacturing systems, the skills needed to maintain, repair and troubleshoot those systems, effective leadership skills and the ability to support the development of Maintenance Technicians into even more effective resources to the company. Required Experience:
High School diploma or GED
Valid food handler's card from Tulsa Health Department
Technical degree or equivalent experience/training as it relates to this position
Previous experience leading a team as a Supervisor or Coordinator
Must be proficient in the following areas:
Automated equipment setup, teardown and repair
PLC troubleshooting
Maintenance and repair of motor controls, general industrial wiring and hardware, and electrical troubleshooting
Maintenance and repair of AC inverters, DC controllers and serves
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Proven safety record in past work history
Ammonia refrigeration system safe operation, maintenance, repair, HVAC system maintenance and repair, and meeting PSM requirements,
Maintenance and repair of plant support systems including boilers, air compressors, high pressure hot water, plumbing and equipment movers
Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems including pneumatics, bearings, seals, gears, chains, sprockets, pipe fitting, and appropriate lubrication of mechanical systems
Basic Mig and Tig welding for repair purposes
The use of shop machinery including mills, lathes, drill presses and normal industrial tools for repair purposes
Math and reading comprehension to understand and interpret technical manuals, bulletins, blueprints and schematics
Preferred Experience:
5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry
First Class Stationary Engineer license. Must obtain license within 3 years.
Refrigeration recovery license
